Payment
PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARDS:
I do accept virtual cash through paypal and I also accept credit cards and debt cards. Paypal charges me transaction fee of 2.9% of total price + $0.30. I do calculate this into the shipping.
MONEY ORDERS:
I accept Postal Money Orders Only! They are treated as pure cash and I will ship your items as soon as it arrives. You can purchase one at your nearest Post Office. If you are paying with Money Orders, please contact me for the address to mail your money order to.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS:
Here at KawaiiStationary, I do not accept credit cards for international orders. My merchant account at paypal cannot verify the names and the address'. I do not want to get caught up in fraudulent activity. I do however accept paypal and international money orders. Please do not try to place an order with your credit card if you are outside of the USA. There is a good chance that your bank will hold your money for 2-4 business days and then they will be released back to you. It is because you are being turned down for being out of the country. I have no control over this.
Shipping
All items are shipping within 1-2 days after payment is received. I package the items the same day I receive payment. Please remember, Kawaiistationary is run by one person.
I take pride in my packages and my customers love the time and effort I put into them. I piece them together to make them cheerful, bright, and adorable.
My shipping cost is fair. I do not overcharge but I want to make sure I do cover the cost of my packaging materials, fees and postal fare. If you have any questions, please let me know.
I ship worldwide!! International orders are welcome here at Kawaii Stationary. ^_^ However, all international buyers will receive a second paypal money request for the extra shipping charges. The charges listed on my page are for Domestic shipping within the U.S.A only. If you wish to contact me before buying, I can calculate the shipping charges and tell you the exact amount you will pay before you check out. That way, if you decide you do not wish to purchase the item(s) it is solely up to you ^_^
How my shipping is calculated:
All of my items are shipped from China. The shipping from China to here is not cheap. I want to make sure I cover the shipping cost from there to here so I do not lose money in shipping. I charge a matter of $0.50 per item to cover the shipping cost for that section. Then, I calculate the bubble wrapper that I use to mail, this is in my packaging category. Through my paypal account I can accept credit cards and debt cards. The shipping also includes the $0.30 fee that paypal charges my account when a a transaction occurs. I charge the actual rate from here to the destination in the U.S.A and international via www.usps.com. You can check the rate there. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message. If you feel my shipping is too high, I do apologize. I want all of my items to arrive safely and in the condition they arrived to me. All packages are delivered first class or priority mail, depending on what you choose. If you choose priority mail, please let me know when you check out and I will send a second request via paypal for the additional charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURN POLICY:
I accept returns for items only with defects in them. I am not responsible for items that have been damaged in the mail. Once it leaves my hands, I have done my part and it is up to the carrier to insure that it arrives safely and in reasonable condition. I do not return items because you have decided you do not want the product after you received it. I do give good descriptions of all of my items and provide accurate photos of each individual listing. If I send you the wrong item, I will exchange it at no cost to you.
When your package is placed with the postal carrier, I am not held responsible for damaged or lost packages. For Domestic shipping within the US: I don't replace orders that do not arrive because of your error. If you have entered the wrong address and it does not arrive to you I will not be held responsible. If the package comes back to me due to a wrong address, I will send the package to the correct address but the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping fees. All orders over $10.00 are tracked with USPS Delivery Conformation! This fee of delivery conformation will be paid by me. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time and your delivery conformation was checked and revealed that it was indeed not delivered I will either refund your order and shipping, give you a credit, or resend your package. If the Delivery Conformation states that it was in fact delivered, I am not held responsible. The reason I charge Delivery Conformation is for this main purpose.
INTERNATIONAL:
I do not replace lost, stolen or damaged international orders. There is no way for me to track the packages unless you choose to pay a significantly higher shipping rate. If you would like to have your package insured and tracked please contact me. The fees start at about $20 for 1 item and go up from there. I have shipped international orders before and have not had a problem yet, so you should be alright. As mentioned before, the only method of tracking your international order is through Global Express Mail. Please take notice that this does not have insurance! So, even if your items are tracked and get lost, I am not responsible for it.
